     Maree offers a variety of complimentary techniques, such as deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, Reiki, remedial stretching, myofascial release and trigger point therapy on a heated table in order to deliver a comprehensive healing experience. Understanding when and how these techniques are applied during a treatment allow her to approach her clients needs with superb efficacy and provide more thorough, lasting results. 
     Maree also practices the ancient healing art of traditional Thai massage, a "passive yoga" that greatly increases flexibility and relaxation in the body, mind, and spirit.
     Maree began her career as a chiropractic assistant performing deep tissue and sports massage.  Aiding in chiropractic treatments taught her the valuable relationship between the muscular and skeletal structures in the body.
     She graduated with honors from Ashmead College of Massage in 2004.  The program included an internship at the Northwest Cancer Specialists where she massaged patients receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
     In 2004, she received her first Reiki attunement and in February of 2006 she acquired her third Reiki Master attunement in the Usui/Tibetan System of Natural Energy Healing.  
     In 2008, she completed 100 hours of traditional Thai massage training at Sunshine Massage School in Thailand and The Naga Center in Portland, Oregon. 
     Maree also practices yoga, chakra harmonics, meditation and Feng Shui.
